Designed fidelity’s User Experience Design (uxd) website
Overview
Fidelity’s UXD interns were required to complete a summer project. During my internship, our project was to work together and use UX research and design processes and methods to design and implement a communication vehicle for the company’s UXD organization. The organization wanted a product that would increase awareness of its role and processes within the company. Additionally, a goal was to show job seekers that the UXD organization’s culture embodied creativity, and innovation. We created a website to fulfill the organization’s goals.
My Contributions
I conducted semi-structured interviews. I helped create website content. I assisted in creating the moderator script for a lab user test. I served as a note taker for the user test, and helped analyze the qualitative data. I gave a 15-minute presentation to brief intern team and stakeholders on the study’s results. Lastly, the other interns and I gave a 1-hour presentation to the entire UXD organization on the final prototype and process used to design and develop the prototype
